The urbanisations Mas Fumats and Mas Busca are both situated at appr. 2,5 Km. from Roses. Roses is one of the most important tourist enclaves in the northern part of the Costa Brava.
The town is situated on the Bay of Roses, only 40 km. from the french border. Roses has a wide, extensive sandy beach offering excellent opportunities for all kind of water-sports. In addition, there are many small coves and inlets to the north, providing ideal conditions for under-water activities. Also, Roses offers a number of facilities for practicing various other sports including tennis, golf, minigolf, go-karts, flying ULM and horse riding.

Most of the villas that are available for rent are situated in the urbanisation Mas Fumats. Because of its unique location on the slopes of the Pyrenees, most of the villa's offer a splendid view on the Bay of Roses.
All the villas are from private owners and varie in size, furniture and fittings. At the entrance of the Mas Fumats you'll find bar/restaurant Pasko's where you can enjoy a nice meal or have a couple of drinks on the large terrace.
At appr. 1 km. from Mas Fumats you'll find restaurant Mas Palou. The big swimming pool next to the restaurant is, against payment, at your disposal. At appr. 1 Km. from the Mas Fumats there is a big aquatic park 'Aguabrava' with various pools and slides.
The urbanisation Mas Busca is situated next to the slopes of the Mas Fumats and is almost flat. All the villas available for rent therefore have a garden.
