The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils. There is no washing machine, but we offer a laundry service for your convenience.
The apartment has a TV with French channels and Wi-Fi.
On the same level, it offers a covered terrace and access to the fully private pool, accompanied by a spectacular view of the Bay of Roses.
In addition, with outdoor parking, you won’t have to worry about finding space for your vehicle.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15 kW per day is included in the rental price. If this is exceeded, the extra kW will be charged at the current market price. The cost per kW/h will be indicated in the rental contract.
