The villa, with a surface area of 100 m², has two cozy bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. From inside, you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the private pool, ideal for unwinding and recharging.
Located in a quiet area within a residential community, the villa is strategically positioned 2 km from the "Carrefour and Lidl" supermarkets and the "Aquabrava" water park, 4 km from the sandy beaches of "Roses and St. Margarita," and just 4 km from the bustling city center. If you prefer a rockier environment, the rocky beach is 7 km away. Additionally, the "Figueres-Vilafant" train station is 20 km away, and "Girona Airport" is 55 km away.

Le lit a ressort qui tangue.
Trop de soleil venant du côté droit de la terrasse- c'est un peu dérangeant quand on mange dehors, placer un pare-soleil serait un plus.

Het twee persoons bed staat op een soort veren en beweegt extreem, lijkt wel op een waterbed als je beweegt dat is even wennen. De tuin is aan de linkerhelft af en gezellig maar de rechterkant en achterin is niet zo prettig. Dor en donker in de avondsee more
