Description
Detached and modern villa located in the small urbanization La Garriga in Roses. The villa is within walking distance of Carrefour supermarket and near the Aguabrava water park. The wide sandy beaches of Santa Margarida are about 1.5 km. removed from the villa. The villa has a large and fully walled garden. In the garden you will find the private swimming pool and plenty of space for sunbathing on the sunbeds provided. There is also a partially covered terrace and a barbecue area. The villa has the following layout :
ground floor: spacious living room with smart TV and air conditioning, dining area and a kitchen with all appliances (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, coffee maker etc.)
There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with beds for max. 7 people and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. In front of the master bedroom there is a balcony with views over the bay of Roses.

Ça fait quelques années que nous louons cette maison très agréable .les propriétaires font des améliorations tout les ans. Cette année un salon de jardin avec table en couleur crème très beau et des transats en plus.

La literie est un peu dur.il faudrait une bassine pour laver les maillots de bain. Une serpillère avec un seau pour le sol. Un moule pour faire une tarte quiche.
Aspirateur plus efficace. Prévoir des rideaux aux derniers étages pour limiter la lumièrsee more
