Detached villa for 6 people located in the upper part of the urb. Mas Fumats.
The villa has a parking space at street level. From here a staircase goes through the very beautiful Mediterranean garden to the entrance of the house.
The layout of the house is as follows: hall, living room in the round tower with open kitchen (equipped with hob, oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) in each bedroom. Bathroom with bath and washbasin, separate toilet. Adjacent to the living room is a partially covered terrace and next to it a spacious sun terrace around the beautiful private swimming pool of about 8 x 4 m. From the terraces there is an enchanting view over the entire bay of Roses. The house has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room.
The washing machine is located in a storage room under the pool.
The pool does not have lighting for the night.

We hebben heel erg de vaatwasser gemist, 3 dagen geen warm water ook nog... dat was echt wel balen, en we waren er maar een week... we kregen wel de sleutel van een ander huis om te douchen, maar daar konden we niet lopend komen, dus geen gebruik vansee more

Mooie locatie, lekker veel ruimte. Zwembad was ook geweldig en het terras ook. Enige minpuntje was de badkamer. Je moest in bad staan om te douchen, en je moest de douche vasthouden.

Globalement...TOUT ! Cette villa placée au milieu d´un parc naturel et floral exceptionnel dispose d´une vue formidable sur la baie de Rosas. Elle est spacieuse et la climatisation est plus qu´appréciable. On peut y vivre à 5 personnes sans problèmessee more

- équiper la cuisine d´un lave-vaisselle
- faire tailler/couper l´imposante plante verte qui limite le passage à pied vers la rampe d´accès du côté piscine
- engager un "chasseur" de ..petites fourmis rouges ! LOL....
