This lovely villa situated in the urb. Mas Fumats in Roses has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 6 persons.
Well furnished villa of appr. 100 m² offering wonderful views on the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees.
The villa has a partly covered terrace and barbeque área as well as a private pool ( appr. 7 x 3 m.)
There is air conditioning in the livingroom and the 3 bedrooms as well as satellite-tv ( mainly dutch and German channels, some french and english) and a homecinema-set. Wifi.
