Enjoy an unforgettable stay in our spectacular rental house located in the peaceful neighborhood of Mas Bosca, in the town of Roses.
Our house is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends, as it can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The house is all on one level, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all guests. It features 3 spacious bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom and shower, and another bathroom with a shower, providing all guests with the space and privacy they need.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the heat.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, so you can prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy meals with family or friends.
In the area of the private pool, you will find a perfectly equipped summer kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and gas stove, as well as a barbecue, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view and the peaceful surroundings.
Pets are welcome in this house, but please ensure they do not swim in the pool, as long dog hairs can damage the motor.
There is also a washing machine in the laundry room next to the garage, so you won't have to worry about dirty laundry during your vacation. Additionally, you will find an iron and ironing board to always look impeccable.
The house is equipped with wifi and a television with French channels, so you can stay connected and entertained during your stay.
