Welcome to your own paradise villa on the Costa Brava! This beautiful house with private pool in Mas Fumats is the perfect retreat for those seeking sun, fun, and relaxation on their holidays.
Enjoy stunning sea views from the comfort of your modern and renovated home. The house features three bedrooms accommodating up to six people and two bathrooms with showers for your comfort.
The main floor of the house boasts an open kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals, from dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and freezer to coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Everything you need to enjoy an incredible vacation.
Relax on the spacious terrace facing the private pool, which is fenced to ensure the safety of the little ones. The terrace is equipped with a table and sofas so you can enjoy your outdoor meal with a view of the sea.
No need to worry about the heat, as all the rooms and the living room are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets. Additionally, we also have a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
Stay connected during your stay with our Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV so you can keep up with all your favorite shows!
For added convenience, the house also features outdoor parking for two cars within the property with an automatic fence, a barbecue and a ping pong table (To get the ping-pong paddles, simply head to our office, and we'll be happy to provide them for you. )
The pool does not have lighting for the night.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day. If this limit is exceeded, additional kWh will be charged at the current market price, as indicated in the rental contract.

The pool man comes by once a week.
