This cozy villa located at the end of the street in the Mas Fumats urbanization, in Roses, Costa Brava, offers relaxation and comfort for 4/5 people.
It is distributed on the same floor without stairs and has two bedrooms with air conditioning to rest on hot summer nights, one of them is en suite with a shower, and another bathroom with a bathtub.
The open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals and breakfasts with ease, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
In addition, it has Wi-Fi, SmartTV, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine in the garage.
The villa has outdoor parking for 2 cars.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day. If this limit is exceeded, additional kWh will be charged at the current market price, as indicated in the rental contract.
